EB3’s success is rooted in the team Eldad has built, including operations, project managers, estimators and field supervisors. With more than 60 years of combined experience in every aspect of construction management and general contracting, the EB3 Team leads with expertise, wisdom and integrity.

Eldad is a 25+ year veteran of building and construction with a passion for beautiful craftsmanship. Eldad honed his hands-on skills and developed his industry expertise by running the family business, Big D Lumber Company.
